Because I do hours of cardio per day now, I'm accepting the numbers decrease gracefully, instead trying to maintain what I have or very slowly increase the strength whilst worn down. Wayne, I would like to use my advantageous position as an argos catalogue peddler in order to do some block zerchers. Maybe one day start off from a really low weight and build over time. | ||

Pretty chuffed with that. Because of all the cardio though the legs suffer. AXLE SQUATS 5 sets of 5 reps with 100kg I'm going to alter my squat to a higher bar position and try to squat using more quads. I have dropped the weight to ensure slightly better technique than I have been using. | ||
