We have him partaking in gymnastics. Soon I will start him on martial arts and BW conditioning training. We are going to home educate...we both hated school and want to educate him to a higher standard ourselves... | ||

Asshat who takes 3 hours to do a basic workout was sat on the bench looking at his phone. He told me he's been training with weights for 10 years whilst using 10kg dumbbells (one set per 15 minutes). So I look at his weights with a forlorn look of disdain, and ended up pacing up and down whilst twitching and itching from a pre-workout. Bench. Bar x 3 50kg x 3 70kg x 3 90kg x 3 110kg x 3 115kg or 120kg x 3 115kg x 120kg x 3 Palms facing dumbbell bench, but on a step thingy as asshat was STILL on the f**king bench 20s x 8 25s x 8 30s x 8 35s x 10. Looking at buying 40kg dumbbells, or olympic dumbbell handles. 2 sets of overhead tricep extensions. Woman called me over to attach a handle that she was pretty much stepping on, complains that I don't give her enough attention then told her there's over 100 members, and I can't 1-2-1 all of them. I may go full retard on her and give her a 1 hour leg session so she can't walk for the rest of the week. | ||

I struggle with grip on the s**te chrome bars and did a few bits and bobs to improve it, such as holding the 52mm side of the bar for time, rope hangs etc. I'm getting liquid chalk sent over from the greek side tomorrow, but I've reached a point where my grip isn't the bit that's holding me back. | ||
