Thanks for asking.Magnus is now 3 and half

He has got a barrel chest and 10x better diet than I was exposed to at his age... Wink We have him partaking in gymnastics. Soon I will start him on martial arts and BW conditioning training. We are going to home educate...we both hated school and want to educate him to a higher standard ourselves...

Train-wreck of a session yesterday. Asshat who takes 3 hours to do a basic workout was sat on the bench looking at his phone. He told me he's been training with weights for 10 years whilst using 10kg dumbbells (one set per 15 minutes). So I look at his weights with a forlorn look of disdain, and ended up pacing up and down whilst twitching and itching from a pre-workout.

Woman called me over to attach a handle that she was pretty much stepping on, complains that I don't give her enough attention then told her there's over 100 members, and I can't 1-2-1 all of them. I may go full retard on her and give her a 1 hour leg session so she can't walk for the rest of the week.

I struggle with grip on the s**te chrome bars and did a few bits and bobs to improve it, such as holding the 52mm side of the bar for time, rope hangs etc. I'm getting liquid chalk sent over from the greek side tomorrow, but I've reached a point where my grip isn't the bit that's holding me back.

80kg x 10. Almost got stuck under the bar.

More in the tank, probably could have done an easy 10 reps even on the last set.

Problem: I don't have 1.25kg plates. They don't have them here. I will probably see if I can make them out of ceramic tiles, or twist some rebar steel around a bar.

People were asking me why I was walking around with my chest puffed up on Monday. All that happened was I got a pump. Narrowbacks need to go take their face for a s**t!
