Wisdom tooth pulled out last Sat, managed 100kg x 9 bench Thursday and 120kg x 5 on decline.

Did too much biceps and now I can't straighten my arms.

Also, would have won Gold at some bulls**t comp in Turkey that was supposed to be for the best. Turks can't bench for s**t. I'm going next year. They had nice big trophies.

Plan was 112.5kg last week and 115 this week. Don't have 1.25kg plates so used 115kg first week and 120kg this week. With a hole in my mouth from where my wisdom tooth used to be. And I can't straighten my arms.

Looked back, realised I missed 100kg for 4 sets of 9. Everybody pissed off and the girl on the side was outside chatting with my gran, presumably about finding me a nice girl. Went for 105kg for 4 sets of 9

Supposed to squat later. REALLY need to make some 1.25kg "plates" because squatting 3 times a week, up minimal increments for a single set of 20. This means 15kg per week with 5kg jumps.

Also, training is going well because I'm becoming a fat c**t

Eating 2 main courses, followed by dessert, is a regular thing for me. Probably at least once a week, and I find eating 2,000kcals in one sitting an easy thing. I then go home and sleep like a baby.

Living the dream - 12 hours a day being stuck behind a desk, playing silly games interspersed with hoovering and mopping, cleaning toilets.

I am sleeping consistently and enjoy going out for food. Stress levels are ZERO compared to database management in London. I also spend most of my working time in slippers and joggers. I reckon it's eating like a fat c**t that's doing my training good, plus not having to spend an hour a day walking to and from train stations/work. Having said that, I do enjoy a walk in the "countryside" which is 5 metres from the back of the building.
