I took a video of my squats and my legs still look small! I think anterior delts have grown a tad from bench volume. I like high reps as I can ruin myself without having to go heavy. I'm contemplating finishing off this routine for bench, then starting it all over again with incline bench. I might even do 9 7 and 5 reps and bin triples for more volume and less joint issues. | ||

Squats on top won't be pleasant, so did squats today instead. Sleeves and oly shoes on. Bar x 5 60kg x 5 90kg x 5 110kg x 5 130kg x 20, no sweat, walked off instead. Too many people just talking at me for the sake of it. Front squat 90kg x 3 paused 110kg x 3 paused 130kg x 3 paused with belt. I hate belts. I'm fat and I couldn't breathe properly. Leg ext 2 sets of 10 with 2 second pause at the top to get a pretty VMO. | ||

Decided to end this routine for now, need to figure something else out, probably 2 sessions a week. One heavy triples, one speed and shoulders, or one with bands/boards.
