Planks vs blondie with 12.5kg added. Still beat her. She told me she wanted me to make her hurt, so I bursted out laughing and ended the workout there.

Yeah, as does mega-eating! I took a video of my squats and my legs still look small! I think anterior delts have grown a tad from bench volume. I like high reps as I can ruin myself without having to go heavy. I'm contemplating finishing off this routine for bench, then starting it all over again with incline bench. I might even do 9 7 and 5 reps and bin triples for more volume and less joint issues.

I've stopped gaining bodyweight these past two weeks, as one of my eating partners is on a diet, the other got told off by his parents that he's spending too much, and the other is usually too busy with work and also needs to watch what he eats. I blame the above three people on me not gaining any more.

Thought I'd be dead tomorrow, and have to bench and probably deadlift. Squats on top won't be pleasant, so did squats today instead.

110kg x 8. Didn't have 9. Decided to end this routine for now, need to figure something else out, probably 2 sessions a week. One heavy triples, one speed and shoulders, or one with bands/boards. Sticking midway point, neglecting shoulders for a fair few weeks now.

Well, that's the plan for tomorrow. Knee is a bit sore. I might do a few sessions of 5x10 or so, but I'm getting to about 10 then the rest I have to stop and breathe. My leverages work VERY much against me. I'm built like a f**king spider, except for they have SIGNIFICANTLY more mass around their arms and legs.
