I hit a pb today with a chest infection

My back is currently not painful but I am aware of quite a lot of problems with it and my hips. I've realized I have got scoliosis, plus some other issues.


My MRI showed a slight curve at the bottom of my spine too, funnily enough where I have the two bulged discs. Can't grasp how it would be possible to do heavy squatting with it, when all you invisage is the entire weight pressing on the weak part at the curve rather than through the spine into the hips. Obviously your finding good ways of doing it, fair play mate

extensive hip warm up. My hip flexors have been horribly tight recently.

Very close indeed to 3x bodyweight. I failed 240 in comp last may weighing exactly 80kg, so it would have been 3x then. I am now maybe around 83kg or possibly slightly more, thus the chase continues.
