Few singles to build uo as got told i had to do 110.

Training day at Spartan preparing for North Englands u105.

Warm up.

Axle 1clean the press (no supports)

106 x1 easy
116 cleaned bailed the press

Yoke (no supports)

300 x20 fast no supports. Reckon it was near my best.

500kg tyre flip
1,1,3,3,1,1 felt good.

Frame carry

Stones (no tacky but... stones are very sticky)
-120,130,140,160, decent time failed the 180, lapped it but couldnt stand up with it. (Edit just realised the 160 load no tacky was a pb, as was lapping the 180)
-180 lapped again couldnt stand up.
-120,130 one motioned both (one motion pbs).. went to do the 140 but the 130 fell back on me oops.
