Clean and split press. Few singles to build uo as got told i had to do 110. 111 fail 111 x1 had to fight to get it. P.B 111 x1... fairly comfy. Yoke raw 280 x20 easy but calf is tight from trampolining on thursday 320 x20 same again Log strict 85 x5 strict easy 90x1 95x1 100x1 strict pb Stones slippy so loads of fails 110x1 130 3x1 | ||

Axle 1clean the press (no supports) 56 2x3 76 x3 96 x3 106 x1 easy 116 cleaned bailed the press Yoke (no supports) 150 x20 200 2x20 300 x20 fast no supports. Reckon it was near my best. 500kg tyre flip 1,1,3,3,1,1 felt good. Frame carry 100x40 200x40 260x40 felt quick Stones (no tacky but... stones are very sticky) -120,130,140,160, decent time failed the 180, lapped it but couldnt stand up with it. (Edit just realised the 160 load no tacky was a pb, as was lapping the 180) -180 lapped again couldnt stand up. -120,130 one motioned both (one motion pbs).. went to do the 140 but the 130 fell back on me oops. -120,130,140 | ||

Clean and jerk Bar 20 2x5 60 3x1 80 3x1 100 2x1 110 x1 Axle 35x5 75 3x1 95 2x1 115 2 fails but close 120 lots of fails. First was really close. Just wasnt powerful enough off the floor so by time it was to shoulders i was gassed. 95 x5 with 30 secs between reps. | ||

Work up to a 50 snatch (technically a pb)! Clean and jerk 40 50 58 80 90 100 1 clean 2 jerk. To say i only feel about 70% it felt easy and still lots to improve. (Also a hook grip clean pb - im taking every positive i can at the min) | ||

Taking too much out of me on the clean. Bar 110 5 fails 110 3 singles the clean was almost coming to my shoulders everytime so kept getting mixed up as it wasnt quite there then would slip down my chest. Stones no tack To 54 inch 110 120 130 To 44inch 170 broke the floor. Add tacky 170 pb (whoop!!!) Then tried 170 to 48 inch but nearly passed out so bailed lol. | ||
