Wasn't going to do anything today like yesterday as arm hurting, but thought I'd try a light session

Not too bad, reasonably happy considering arm aching like buggery

Decent session and quite happy with it. Not happy with fact arm is hurting a fair bit and did overnight and not slept properly for a few nights because of it. Annoying as I have no idea what has caused it?! Pressing did seem ok though to be fair, but picking weight up wasn't so I think deads and rows etc are not happening this week. Also tried getting it in position for squats and that too hurt. Might be able to do a OH session though later this week and hope to hit things properly next week. Grin

Loads of reps done you crazy mofo, I bet you're sore today.

Hopefully your arm heals up fast mate. Loads of light weight high reps curls seems to help my elbows mate if it's something like that.

I was a little sore after it.
No idea what is up with the arm, feels a bit like sciatica for the arm, bit annoying really as had a decent weeks training. All being well it sorts itself out soon so can get back to it.

Good stuff mate especially considering the gimpy arm. Fingers crossed that heals up soon.
