Jack, your phone has been informed.

Billy, I've heard you mention Zeemar before. It's the planet you're from isn't it?

Yesterday I did some fluff.

Today...

Strict thin log
90 x 1
100.5 - fail Unhappy
100.5 - fail Unhappy

Having big problems with these and it feels like they're really compressing/bothering my spine. Maybe it's because my torso is now slimmer? Spine health is very important to me, so I'm thinking of ditching these and doing something else.

Played around with floor presses off catalogues (I've experimented briefly with these before), but they just feel like a shoulder injury waiting to happen.

Got my 57kg Inch DB out. Among a couple of failures, did 2 singles on the right and 1 on the left. Might opt for this as an alternative to strict log. Although it's a one-sided movement it's less weight for the spine to handle.

Then did some fluff, followed by a 198kg ZOC, and then finished with some fluff.

Think I'm going to be a zercher plus fluff guy Happy

At my age of almost 42 I'd agree with that wise gentleman.

I actually enjoy finding ways around training problems.

As I approach 40, I too enjoy avoiding injury as much as possible.

There's always something you can do Billy!

Dan, I'll be 42 in a few days. My body felt different when I reached 40. I'm mentally OK with leaving my strongman days behind, but I still want to be 'strong' to a certain degree. Health comes first though.
