What are the improvements you have noticed? Has bloating settled down?

Not as bloated, acid reflux issues gone, appetite increased, better recovery, better training, just feel better in myself tbh.

Thanks for that. Been adding sea salt to my meals for 3 days now and will lower FODMAP once I have ate the food i have got.

Always enjoy improving my diet...mainly for vanity reasons.

I've recently upped sodium too- found exactly as you have- appetite particularly has gone through the roof, and 'pump' and performance in the gym is up. Recovery seem better, digestion and hydration are much better too. I'm pretty taken aback at the difference TBH.

I sweat like a bas***d over here, and it's been hitting 27 degrees. We're just getting out of "winter" where it rarely goes over 20 during the day and you can't wear shorts. I have no issues with food high in salt, and see it as an alternative to creatine. Sodium creates bloat via water retention, so you're essentially super-hydrated. Less chance of cramps and injuries, no?

Well, for the past 2 weeks I've been regularly eating salted crisps on Waynes advice and I feel fantastic.

I definitely digest food better now. So a huge positive change in my diet.

Worth trying if you have IBS.

Another way to get enough good stuff in is by making smoothies. Ten portions a day sounds daunting but it’s not. I feel great for it.
