Looks like another good session mate. I know you talk about a slow come back but really your numbers are not bad at all. I know plenty of guys who would be envious. You don't have to be the strongest guy in the world to be considered strong and you my friend are far from weak.

Diet went right out the window tonight had a long day at work got home and my lass offered to treat us all to pizza hut.

Luckily missed lunch and had a small breakfast so should hopefully fall within my calories and should fuel a good squat and deadlift session tomorrow.

cheers mate, I'm happy with my numbers at the minute but we all know we always want the numbers to go up lol we can never be happy with the numbers we have just achieved its always on to the next goal.

Iv been keeping tabs on my diet for the last couple of weeks this is my current progress.

Start: 19st 1lb 

Week 1: 18st 9lb

Week 3: 18st 7lb

Week 4: 18st 6lb

Week 5: 18st 5lb

Week 6: 18st 4lb

Always easy to say, but it is true.

Looks like diet going in the right direction, slow and steady therefore more likely to keep the results.Happy

That's awesome mate, loosing bodyweight and making strength gains. Not an easy task at all. You're an inspiration mate, I need to crack on and get my diet sorted.

You don't need to lose weight mate your as strong as a bull and I definitely wouldn't want a kick or punch from you lol.

cheers mate, diet was a bit of a disaster the last 2 days so playing catch up now but fingers crossed it should drop back off quite quickly.
