This happens to me from time to time i will be ridiculously weak one day then in the same week i can try the same set/reps and smash it. pendlay row 4 x 6 @90 pause dead 2' off floor 4 x 4 @120 rev band bench 5 x 120 5 x 140 had the bands attached at v top of the rack so too easy instead attached to bars a few notches from top. 5 x 120 strangely these didnt feel any harder 5 x 130 | ||

This has wobbled me to be honest. But the main thing is i'm now determined to self actualize more effectively. Its the main thing my brother struggled with he wanted to be someone but just couldnt get over the resistance. Its made me realise i need to live more in the now as tomorrow really is no guarantee. I'm terrified of leaving things undone and not really living to my fullest potential. | ||
