6 x 2 @140 mega weak feeling this shouldve been 6x4 but for some reason just nothing there. This happens to me from time to time i will be ridiculously weak one day then in the same week i can try the same set/reps and smash it.

Sadly my younger brother has passed away at the age of 30. This has wobbled me to be honest. But the main thing is i'm now determined to self actualize more effectively.

Its the main thing my brother struggled with he wanted to be someone but just couldnt get over the resistance. Its made me realise i need to live more in the now as tomorrow really is no guarantee. I'm terrified of leaving things undone and not really living to my fullest potential.
