Cheers mate the squatting is feeling good now, iv just started following a squat routine now so hopefully at the end of it ill hit the 140kgx5x5.

As for the weight loss its stalled slightly its not been the best 2 weeks but I'm slowly getting back on track with things now just had to alter my calories slightly I think I dropped them to much in the beginning.

That's some good squatting mate and decent benching. All coming along nicely, especially if you are trying to lose weight at the same time.

Don't blame you on the pizza hut front, love pizza, bloody Dominos is my nemesis, tastes nice and I don't even need to leave the house, awesome Happy

Another solid session mate, you're getting plenty of those under your belt. That's a lot of pull ups with your levers and bodyweight.

140kg 5x5 is a great goal and more than doable with your current training. It's simply a matter of time. Stay the course, get the reps in, pay your dues to the bar and it will happen.

Cheers gents its all coming along relatively well which im happy about.

Iv decided to drop deadlifting for the time being im still suffering with my lower back at the minute so my main focus is going to be on squatting and then once all is on the mend ill add it back in.

Should be good in a couple of weeks twinged it slightly on my lower right side carrying underlay up a set of stairs - carrying it on my right shoulder.
