Thanks, just lack of motivation this past week. Also, broke as f**k and needing to teach kids, plus getting a new PT client on-board next week hopefully. Air-con is a must when it's 45 degrees during the long summer over here.

ZERO motivation to train, so downed a preworkout and set up the squat rack

There's some nice DOMS in my quads and glutes. Hand still isn't ready for heavy deadlifts so I will probably just do 10 sets total for lats - maybe 5 sets of lat pulldowns and 5 sets of rows, plus hamstrings/hypers.

I was angry at having quads SO much smaller than they used to be! Also, I split up with my ex who was a Pilates instructor. She found a new place, then took all the customers with her.
