I understand what your saying. For me, break-ups, deaths,etc..., make me vomit and get weak and listless. I am happy that it works the opposite for you. That would be a good thread. I feel most people would train harder when the lover leaves. You can punch me if it makes you feel better.

It's more a case of betrayal - both by the girl I loved and trusted, and by the customers who left with her.

Been training very little these past few weeks.

Locked the front wheel of the motorbike, slid off, couldn't wear knee sleeves so no squats.
Lunate (bone in wrist/hand) swollen 4-5 weeks on, can't really bench/shoulder press.

That and the bikes that have thermometers are showing 38 degrees during the day whilst they're in the shade, blacked out windows. They get down to 33 degrees with airconditioning on in the evenings.
