Locked the front wheel of the motorbike, slid off, couldn't wear knee sleeves so no squats. Lunate (bone in wrist/hand) swollen 4-5 weeks on, can't really bench/shoulder press. That and the bikes that have thermometers are showing 38 degrees during the day whilst they're in the shade, blacked out windows. They get down to 33 degrees with airconditioning on in the evenings. Friday 20th July - painfully slid on knee sleeves. Squat Bar x 5 50kg x 5 90kg x 5 120kg x 5 paused 130kg x 5 paused 140kg x 5 paused Leg press of death 280kg x 5 260kg x 5 240kg x 5 220kg x 5 200kg x 5 180kg x 5 160kg x 5 140kg x 5 120kg x 5 100kg x 5 80kg x 5 60kg x 5 40kg x 10 20kg x 12 Sled x amrap (about 12-15) Now Monday and I can barely walk.
