Shoulder wasn’t feeling as good as last week but it’s onlt had 4 days rest unfortunately. It has 8 now until I bench again so i’ll possibly go for that pb again. | ||

I’ve used 400mg ibuprofen and 30mg Dihydrocodeine last two bench sessions (post mild pec tear) and whilst nice to be pain free, it definitely doesn’t lend itself to any sort of heavy focused lifting. | ||
