decent! We've all been there with the massive fart. It seems to happen more with deadlift than squats somehow

There was a fine young lady facing me doing abs also. The fart was more of a machine gun sound. It wasn’t meant to be

342mg ibuprofen, 1 codeine. Shoulder wasn’t feeling as good as last week but it’s onlt had 4 days rest unfortunately. It has 8 now until I bench again so i’ll possibly go for that pb again.

How do you find codeine and training? I’ve used 400mg ibuprofen and 30mg Dihydrocodeine last two bench sessions (post mild pec tear) and whilst nice to be pain free, it definitely doesn’t lend itself to any sort of heavy focused lifting.
