The deteriorating alternator could not help the battery keep its charge. If only it would somehow fix itself, and keep it 12.8 volts steady! I train heavy I sleep eat, repeat. Not at all boring at my age. Still trying to figure out how to not damage myself is the balancing act.

Got to work. Are greasy spoon food yesterday which gave me grossness. Felt I’ll went to bed and sweated it out. Got up this morning got to work job hard labor in the rain today,so I bumped around the farmers and a couple squats to keep me from losing strength at this point. Weight 10 over. Low/no carbs. Got to somehow??

Tried to train. Kid forgot his helmet.1hr five extra. Weak and tired and a CNT. I pray I made a correct decision on not training again? Lie to me! Tell me it’s going to be okay until the comp when I zero.

Nothing’s gonna change anyway at this spot in time. 7 over. Very happy with this. Perhaps I got rabies from Batman killing the daylight Racoon. Very tired but the extra sleep seems to be perfect medicine for the health aspect and also mentally. At this time last year everyone consumed my time. Stretch no pop upped the carbs just water for beverages. Ready to drop 3 to 4 more pounds. Rabbit sickness time? Study

Apparently there is a watch which tells you how much sleep your getting...

Myself, I would be curios to find out and perhaps base training around good nights???

I think it’s some sort of internal rhythm. Sleep is a factor, contamination of environment, illness... I just know I been very lazy because I dunno. I am not sure to take off before a comp. how lowing, substitute stretche??? Meat Whey, Egg, Fish,,stab it protein % weight loss,, what it comes down to Got Balls? No regrets if you put your heart in it?

At the mall down to weight. Weird stomach shrunk and feel weak. Don’t want to eat or drink just sleep. I’m at the mall, and went to GNC. Bought a advised product that supposed to bring me to life again called bang. Took a couple a sips as I sit here. Just not thirsty or hungry??? Kind of concerning. Anyway, let’s drink and carb up forcing it. Vitamin it up! Rest and wait now? I am hoping a week or so my body will acclimate. I pray that the legs don’t rubber rattle with instant fatigue. It’s not over until the fat lady sings...

Felt like I was going to have a heart attack. 90 something beating scorching aneurysm. At times I felt I would not truly make it out alive.i was breathing and dripping sweat. Water I could barely drink because I was bloated.
Axle Press to 220. Legs were shaking until I stabilize my weight. Was pleased more in the tank, but didn’t go there for fear of struggle may weaken my old man endurance.
Yoke 650 very slow but 80 feet into oblivion. How I made it I’ll never know. It wasn’t me walking me???
550 sled pull with farmers 260 I think
90 seconds
No sled pull prep. Freaking freaking heavy. Got sled too weak for farmers time ran out.
Deadlift 500 for 6 or 7 had more but chicken throw the I quit sign due to fear of going to anothe place.
Stone 250 right can do left no can do. I’ll get this. Now I eat sleep and stretch. Here so I must commit now and focus...
