Member 1784, 5 posts SQ 130, BP 85, DL 200415.0 kgs @ 84kgs UnEq | hi everyone, just started training for strength and size with shane from morecambe. he advised me to start a training log to keep up with progrress so here goes. goals for the end of 2011 deadlift current - 200kg goal - 230kg squat current - 130kg goal - 160kg now for my weakness bench current - 85kg goal - 110kg il update a few more goals in the near future | ||

Member 1784, 5 posts SQ 130, BP 85, DL 200415.0 kgs @ 84kgs UnEq | 20/10/10 squat 4 sets of 4 - 105kg on the last rep i went close to failure and did 7 deep reps so maybe go 110kg next time cleans 3 sets of 3 - 75kg, felt good leg press 3 sets of 10 - 120kg sled drag 20 box jumps to 140kg sled drag for 20 meters. did this 3 times. it will be the end of me this will | ||

Member 1784, 5 posts SQ 130, BP 85, DL 200415.0 kgs @ 84kgs UnEq | fri 22/10/10 log press 55kg x 2 60kg x 1 65kg x 1 PB (felt pretty good tbh. not really done much log press in the past) 60kg x 1 55kg x 6 work sets 60kg 3 sets of 2. floor to overhead push press 60kg 5 sets of 4 incline bench 12 reps at 40kg (felt a little light i think) 10 reps at 50kg 8 reps at 55kg | ||
