Weighins are at the gym New Spartan Gym WD24 7XA the comp is 2 mins round the corner (should be signs up by then for both) Comp starts at 10am (october it starts getting dark early) weigh ins will be from 7.30 /8am as we will be setting up and people will be at the gym from then
