Im hopefully getting my wrist sorted found out that i had torn cartlidge from a couple years ago that never got sorted just hoping it hasnt been left to long. Ill definetly give it a try on the grip though

Im hoping to find out this month from the hospital wether they can do anything about it but im not to sure think its been like that for about 2 years now so not sure if it has been left to long but i will start trying to reverse my right hand even if it does take time to get used to.
