As long as I get the main parts of each session done, then I'm not too fussed about getting the vanity bits done or not. They will depend on energy levels | ||

I was drinking Tuesday and out Wednesday, then spent Thursday a wreck on the sofa lol | ||

I will be doing 12 hour shifts behind a bar. Not sure how this will effect training at first, but I will work it out. It does mean however I will have more spare cash for better quality food, more red meat and maybe even some extra bits of kit, who knows I am not sure what I will be doing about my other job yet, for now it stays (I enjoy not having to pay a gym membership). Bonus is, I get a free meal when on shift I LIKE FREE FOOD! | ||

Close Grip Bench 60kgx5 80kgx5 90kgx3 100kgx2 110kgx1 BB Curls some x a few I seem to be squatting and pressing at a minimum at the moment, just because I'm meant to, not because I'm eager for PB's. I need to fix this. I think a goal of a 650kg Sugden total is a good number to aim for. | ||

Close Grip Bench worked up to 102.5kgx2 Pendlay Rows Worked up to a few sets with 80kg Incline DB Fly 3sets Played Around with some comp grip bench after, nothing heavy. I think I'm going to make some tweaks to what I'm doing as I feel I need more volume, as well as more assistance in upper body work. Not sure what training will be like next week. I have 53 hours working the bar, then a few shifts at the gym too. | ||

Hamstrings were cramping by the time I got onto Stiff Leg Deadlifts. The new gym is awesome, nothing fancy and not a huge amount of kit, but the basics are great bits of kit. I will be training again on Thursday, when I am next off and benching with the manager, which will be fun | ||
