Last one also fastest Rack pulls with doubled purples 140 x 10 sec hold 175 x 10 sec hold 205 x 10 215 x few second hold No bands 215 x 10 sec hold 245 x 10 sec hold 265 x barely got it to top - grip went 2 handed pinch 40 plus bar weight x 10 secs 60 plus bar x 10 secs 85 plus bar x 10 secs just 52mm Holds 60kg x 5-10 second hold per hand Seated rows 79kg x 10,10,10,10 using different handles Hamstrings on machine - few sets of 8 | ||

Barely any rest between sets Bar x 3 55kg x 3 65kg x 3 75kg x 3 90kg x 3 100kg x 3 - was thinking of going for 4/5 reps but held back 105kg x 3 - grinder. Regular bench 55kg x 3 100kg x 3 110kg x 1 Forgot to do a rep out with my planned 80kg for 8 | ||

Warmups felt a bit on the heavy side but meh. Few leg extensions. Will be seeing a surgeon probably next week about my knee. MRI shows degenerative wear of the meniscus, a lesion next to the meniscus and a tear in the medial meniscus too. Might explain why my knee looks and feel a little funny. | ||

Went down and stayed there (no homo jokes please) Box squat - 140kg felt very heavy, back was playing up Leg press Few sets of 5 Pullups BW x 3 +10kg x 3 +20kg x 3 +25kg x 3 +30kg x 3 +35kg x 3 Felt more out of breath as opposed to the weights being hard with higher rep squats. Been smoking a bit more than usual out of boredom. Nothing special going on today. | ||

I find my fitness is a bit crap at the moment and try to get through my sessions fairly quickly. I used to spend about an hour doing one exercise before - only 3-5 working sets. Do you know if the PR Comp at Gym1 is going ahead? | ||

Kept my head and chest up for the first time in ages. They felt like they wouldn't come up off the floor for a second, then went up fast. SLDL with no belt/Strict pullup superset 135kg x 8/BWx8 135kg x 8/BWx6 135kg x 8/0 - CBA/gassed out 15" rack pulls 135kg x 3 conv 175kg x 0 conv - maybe too lazy to put in the effort/mental block Power clean from 15" 60kg x 5/5/5 every one with identical technique.
