As long as it's not thrown on the floor/dragged, I don't see why it wouldn't last a good few training sessions and in theory should only cost about £2 plus sand. | ||

Just that they rot if wet. Sand from a local merchant. I went buildbase. Made a 140kg bag for about £15-20.00. | ||
