As long as it's not thrown on the floor/dragged, I don't see why it wouldn't last a good few training sessions and in theory should only cost about £2 plus sand.

Just that they rot if wet. Sand from a local merchant. I went buildbase. Made a 140kg bag for about £15-20.00.

Uk limbo dancing champion Member 2666, 6551 posts SQ 202, BP 170, DL 255 627.0 kgs @ 88kgs UnEq	i used an old punchbag, covered it in thick tape to prevent tears. iv used the ironmind bags a couple times but the punchbag is much better at keeping a solid shape. mine weighs about 90kg but cud fit more in if needed.
