Decided after a three year lay off to get me arse back into my training so I'm not a waste of oxygen and flesh. Been the gym three times this week and its humbling just how pathetic I am. I was never anywhere close to being strong but now I'm as weak as a kitten with low blood sugar levels. Only 1 way to head - upwards (I think). | ||
