Hit 415 today easily, after missing 410 last week. I felt strong and went for it. Bench Press - Slanger Bar x 10 135 x 5 225 x 3 315 x 1 365 x 1 415 x 1 315 x 10 315 x 5 315 x 5 - Close Grip A few dips, front plate raises, fat grip overhead presses, AND I managed to roll out of the leg press machine myself busting anything important.
