After getting a taste for the sport last year with Champs of the future 2, BSM U80 & U90 Natural North qualifier with no real success I need to re-think my stratergy.

The biggest thing I need to change is my commitment Happy. Last year I had lots of sporadic training and too little thought went into what my sessions would include.

This year however will be different! after promising Azz total commitiment to training during our first few weeks back I now have something to prove...

So here is my training log (something I haven't done for over 3 years!!!) another tool to encourage & inspire me! And others if I stop being a b**ch Happy

I have also adjusted my pitiful PB's (whilst crying) to measure my progress properly.

After messing around with some 1RM training to gaugem my strength I've decided to hit sets of at least 5 go increase the intensity in my sets.

Monday - Legs!

3 x warm up sets with bar adjusting feet positions as required
50kg x 5
60kg x 5
80kg x 5
100kg x 3 (don't ask)...
120kg x 5
130kg x 5
130kg fail (my lack of conditioning is shining through!)
120kg x 1 - fail!...
100kg x 10 (pulled my s**t together)
100kg x 10
110kg x 3 (just to make me feel better)

By now I'm cramping a bit and thinking we need to move on

Finished off with some leg extensions to burn out
10 x 70% stack
10 x 80% stack
10 x 90% stack
10 x 100% stack
15 x 70% stack
15 x 70% stack

Home time!

Overall happy with the session but really need to keep the reps reasonably high if I'm going to improve my 1RM.
