Depends on what your realising and who you talk too, I personally prefer harder balls for glutes but something with a bit of give for upperback. | ||

Member 4923, 1795 posts | I've used a golf ball before to access the lower part of the trapezius which is hard to hit with a flat roller. I guess i'm a bit curious as to whether there's any risk of damage. | ||
