Working 70+ hours a week for the forseeable future. so training is pritty much f**ked iswell as any comps. So going to keep it simple and try and get the most out of the compound lifts.

Mobility was shocking so all of this was a strugle dropped assistance for stretching and mobility stuff

Cheers. Its ticking over. Trying to make the most out of the little time I have atm depressing not being able to get to the gym more than twice a week. Im around 100kg at the min so looking like 105s but with another baby on the way see how much work I can actuly put lol

You will be busy butt tbh tho 2gym sessions down aberfan And a sm sesh at planet should easily be doable...Its only 8hrs out of You week!
