Hi guys. Great site here.

Thought I'd start a journal. I keep all my training on the strong app usually but then lost all my history of the last 3 years of training, thus I'll keep a copy on here.

My history:
I started squating, deadlifting and benching about 3 years ago. I'n 37 now. Spent my twenties competing in kickboxing at 82kg bw. Won a southern area title and gained my black belt in JKD.
I gave up after I got married and didn't do much for a few years while getting fat.

Caught the strength bug and now trying to get as strong as I can be while holding back age and death. Happy

Here's my current lifts (all done with within a few weeks)

I always train Beltess even though I own a custom belt from the Bobs belts in the US
Body weight -
113 kg (17st 8) (249 pounds)

Body fat -
30%

Height - 5'9"

Squat- 180kg
Bench- 130kg (wide grip comp style)
Bench- 135kg (regular grip)
Deadlift- 210kg (nasty 215kg I'm not counting)

Goals:
Body weight-
Dieting down at the moment because being this big isn't good. Aiming for a better relative strength. I'm shooting for a slow diet over a year so I don't lose strength or muscle and not want to walk into a moving bus because of fatigue.

My current goals are to be 100kg body weight, pull 280kg, squat 250kg and bench 160kg. Seems hard but that's my aim.
