Next year we will be holding 11 events in the division. Competitions are filling up sometimes within a day of it opening. In the coming years I think we'll see local contests becoming much more common.I think all strength sports have seen their numbers increase in recent years as this type of training has become more popular. It has changed so much with Equipped lifters being very much a minority. All contests are full for this year but if you want to give it a go next year there's a contest to suit everyone but just make sure you commit to entering it early to avoid disappointment. http://nwpowerlifting.org.uk/competitions/ | ||
