My lifts are flying. I sweat more and wish I was dead but that's about it. Strength is fine.

Most of the countries I work in are hot & sweaty and I think it helps with age related training issues with joints & tendons

You can make good money in the heat! I once was a lizard. 95 degrees in a Harley Davidson asphalt lot. I think it was 2009 Nationals. Competitors were laying under parked trailers to stay out of the sun. It's hard having them look at me while under the trailers at me as if I was some kind of freak standing in the sun rays. I felt stronger. IReading the penguins perspectives as opposed being a lizards perspective.

hate this heat wave. Hate PPE even more!

You're allowed to wear a dress btw. Might look daft but really helps on site in this heat.

I’d be climbing into the nearest walk in freezer in those conditions, locking myself in and not leaving until winter, assuming somewhere that reaches 95 even has ‘winter’

Anderson-Isner went 26-24 in the final set today.

Fifty games in one set!

Tennis players are some pretty decent athletes!!!!!!

I cope well for a 170kg dude in the heat. My salt and water intake are ridiculously high though. Talking 20g/25g of salt some days and 15 litres of fluids. If Iet it slip even very slightly I get instant cramps.

The heat kills me. Unit is right that I should man up but it's draining in this heat with paddy skin. I tend to change supplements in this weather too as I can't take the sweating. My appetite takes a beating too, all I want to eat is Ice Lollies.

Having lost a couple of stones the heat hasn't bothered me at all, although the weight loss itself is performance un-enhancing!
