Cheers boys! I'll most likely do fronties too Alex, and no doubt some push presses as well.

Tut tut tut Alex.

Friday 19 June

Warm Up: BTN Press, Strict Press: bar x 6 each

Push Press:

40x5
60x3
70x2

80x3
80x3
80x3
80x3
80x3

Close Grip Bench Press:

60x5
75x3

85x3
85x3
85x2
85x2
80x5

Dumbell Bench Press:

37.5kgs??? x 8, 5

Enjoyed this. Push presses were generally good. One or two near fails, particularly on the third set for some reason, but the last set was the most solid of the lot. Happy to have completed all the sets.

Absolutely no potential spotters in sight, so kept the close grips well within my limits and just focused on doing a certain number of total reps. My pecs appear to no longer exist, judging by how hard the dumbell pressing was. This will be my new "upper body" day for a few weeks, every third or fourth day, obviously increasing the weights where possible. This "full body" lark has ran its course for another while, as I've picked up some niggling injuries and have been fannying out of putting enough effort into squatting and deadlifting. So "lower body" days are reinstated.

LOL. Don't worry about it Alex. And I hope your not questioning the magnificence of my pectoral definition back in my glorious prime Smallsy?

Saturday 20 June

Front Squat: 5 doubles at 105kg

Tuesday 23 June:

Warm Up: BTN Press - bar x 5, Srict Press - bar x 5, Wide Grip Pullups x5

Push Press:

40x5
60x3
70x2

82.5x3 (+1 fail)
82.5x2
82.5x4
82.5x1

Press Ups: 2 sets of 25 reps.

Plumbing new depths of laziness. Fronties on Saturday were s**te again because of the wrist problem. Its always went away before when I've done them regularly, but now its just getting worse. May have to switch focus to back squats, as I've tried to focus on fronties for about a month with absolutely no results whatsover.

Another late one tonight. Push presses were all over the show. Done 10 reps at 82.5 as planned - some were diabolical, some felt like an empty bar. Discovered one or two technique things which is a bonus. Press ups were done at home in a vain attempt to disguise how little I've actually done in the gym lately. Mental note: do more than one exercise in a session you fat lazy f**k!

Good stuff. I'll bring you that Tyson DVD too. Its worth a watch. He's as mad as a bag of eels but he's an interesting character.
