Round 1
Double rope slams
Kettlebell swings
Inverted Rows
30 sec in each, 30 sec recovery between each x 3 rounds.

Round 2
Gymnastic Ring Push Up /24" Box jump ladder
1-10 reps no rest (7.5min set, f**king brutal)

Round 3
Prowler Work, 30 sec each push/pull, 5 rounds each.

Round 4
10kg wall ball squats x 20 x 5 sets
You go I go format

Running

5 x 1k intervals sub 4 min / 2 min rest
1k CD

Today - conditioning
5 gym ring pull ups
10 over head kb swings (24kg)
15 Bulgarian bag sit ups (12kg)
20 wall ball (9kg to 9ft target)
AMRAP in 20 mins

7 rounds completed.

Finished with gymnastic ring push ups x 50

Been doing all sorts of training recently but mainly kettlebells and running.

Did the Brighton Brooks 10k 3 weeks ago and ran 43.21.

Am due to do 2 half marathons early next year with beachy head marathon being my main year goal.

Benched today, hit 115kg for a single, a weight I missed 3 weeks ago and hadnt benched since.

Lots of vertical pressing work with the bells seems to have helped massively.
