Squats - up to 180x3 then 140x8
Bench - up to 115x3 then 90x8
BOR - up to 100x5,5
Few cleans, curls etc

Squat PB. Twas a bit more of a struggle then I had hoped but I'm still confident I'll make the 180x5.

Squat - upto 180x5 then 200x1

Finished the session here because I got a bad pain in my elbow. I might leave my next session 'till after Christmas, but will see how I feel tomorrow.
