Member 772, 191 posts SQ 202.5, BP 142.5, DL 230575.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | 19/12/09 Squats - up to 180x3 then 140x8 Bench - up to 115x3 then 90x8 BOR - up to 100x5,5 Few cleans, curls etc Squat PB. Twas a bit more of a struggle then I had hoped but I'm still confident I'll make the 180x5. | ||
