Your right mate, and I wouldn't normally, but tried to stay light on the shoulders. I've got weak f**kers, they cant take much before packing up anyway !!

Happy that I did manage to get down to the bar, with a fight, but will need several sessions to get used to this contraption. Need to think a bit more about when to take air in !! Will probably leave it a month now until I try again as my Deadlift is off a little at the minute anyway.
