right now I'm "carb backloading", with about 3 massive cheat meals per week (not planed, i just can't help myself). I think its working pretty well for being lean, however the lack of carbs during the day is quite hit and miss. Like sometimes i feel great but often i feel completely s**t

The holy grail is to lose fat and gain strength. Whatever allows you to get as close to that as possible is key. I personally think the bmr decreases too much with low carbs which f**ks you long term and the strength loss from it is greater than the kilos lost of you compare before and after on wilks.
