I have a nasty lump in my bicep which I really need to get looked at as it looks like my bicep on the outside is torn!! The pain is worse in my forearms!! I did it on the deadlift, which I think longer straps were needed (although Denny did tell us it was on an axle so it was my fault), and also warming up might have helped!! I still can't grip anything!! even holding the tv remote hurts!! | ||

Because of the traffic and lack of time I had cause I was late I didn't get time to do much!! I did a tiny bit of band stuff but that was it! | ||

As it stands right now my next one is March!! I already have 5 booked in for next year so will be a very busy year again no doubt!! 19 comps this year was too much!! Must admit, I'm amazed there appears to be so little financial support for the sport, both Strongman and Powerlifting. Talking to Bryn Evans the other day and he said it actually cost him money to put on the British Masters PL last year. Why is this, someone please educate me ? What's the cost of a venue like we had on Sunday, and how hard can it be to sell tickets to cover the cost and make it worthwhile, financially, for the competitors and organisers etc ? Am I missing something ( wouldn't be the first time ) ? | ||
