Need to do a lot of work on my low stats, just started training properly so my base lifts are: All without straps, supports and with strict form etc..
Deadlift: 227 kg
One handed DL : 115kg
Inch dumbell (2.38 diameter) one hand DL: 68 kg with a goal of 78 kg
leg press with single leg: 302 kg.
One hand Bent over row: 85kg.
Standing Military press: 75kg 5 reps.
One hand Bicep curl: 27kg.
Training is mostly grip orientated at the moment, i know im just a novice but just starting training so i expect to improve soon.

Well i want to improve my grip with 2.38 inch dumbells , my aim is to lift the 178lb inch dumbell. The recovery time is slow for my forearms when worked so heavy which is annoying, any tips on reducing recovery time?
