Hey guys,
well, here i am, just wanna start 2 write sum trainin journal cuz i really need it, ive been writing one on www.ronnie.cz [http://forum.ronnie.cz/its-gonna-be-rough-road-to-300lbs-t2559... here, if ur interested] but i moved to london so i think itd be better to start writin another 1 in english, on english forum.

BIO:
18yo
180cm
96-98kg [not sure, really got weight up since my move 2 london]

i started 2 lift weights bout year and 1/4 :]

PRs:
benchpress 120kg
squat 170kg
deadlift 200kg
pushpress 95kg
powerclean 90kg
static hold 330kg for 17sec

its not especiall right now, but promise 2 myself its gonna get better :] much better.

so thats it. my goal is to get bigger, stronger and faster and become able to compete in strongman competitions, maybe also powerlifting meets.
i train in genesis gym in wembley.

day 1.
benchpress incline
rack pulls [high/low]
heavy squat
biceps
abs, cardio

day 2.
log press and jerk
dl with chains
front squat
abs, cardio

day 3.
powerclean and press/jerk
heavy dl
squat with chains
biceps
abs, cardio

if any1 of u has any advices, just tell me, im here to learn new things and wanna improve my training on high lvl

havent been in gym for a two weeks, gotta start to do something :]

My new training, i wrote it myself, so im opened to all advices and help:

A1 ; strength [benchpress]
A2 ; dynamic [benchpress]
B1 ; stregth [squat/deadlift]
B2 ; dynamic [squat/deadlift]

A1
6x3 1 board press [80%-100% 1rm of regular benchpress, every week 5%+]

shoulders: 5x3 strict millitary press [80%, every week 5%]
triceps: 5x3 rack lockouts

B2
8x3 Box Squat, 50% 1RM [ew +2%]
5x5 romanian deadlifts

low back: 5x5 goodmornings
abs:5 sets of dumbbel heavy duties

A2
10x3 benchpress 50% 1RM [ew +2%]
shoulders: 8x3 jerks 50% 1RM
triceps: 8x3 close grip benchpress 50% 1RM
