ye i thought that but now im variating a lot. on my last week of bulking hard i db benched 40kg db's for 12 reps (till failure), and yesterday at 6kg less and major major calorie deficit i pressed 40's for 10.. so i believe that i AM stronger, if i was to rebulk i'd prob be so much more stronger than now lol, but yea im just variating a lot now, i allways did the same s**t.

Dumbell pressing never really helped my benching progress tbh, have you tried benching from different heights? Lots of heavy closegrip for low reps etc?. I would say they are more beneficial than doing dumbells, as they are variations of the same movement.

Dale was banned from here ages ago. I believe he trains at a place called grants gym but I may be wrong
