Slingshot 180kx4 then had real problems unracking so scrapped it after a lot of swearing lol (no spotter as per)
incline barbell 3x8@105k
Dips 3x10bw
cgbp+chains 10x85k/87.5/90k
heavy tricep pulls L15/stack/L14 lost a bit of form so dropped weight a little.pleased with today with the exception of the slingshot but that's how it goes sometimes.

deads 3x10@182.5kg last set was a killer air!!!
safety squat bar box squats deadlift stance 2x100x10 1x140k I know it's slightly heavier going of standerd bar weight unsure of ssb weight.

Benching 313 pounds 3 sets of 10?

Long time go I used to be able to sit 405 on chest for a couple seconds.
One day synapses. Top bench recorded at nats last year 310 pause of course. I was very happy with that. Now my thought is 3 45's on each side which is 315. That is a big one for me. I may have a drink on that note. Protein that is! You are a strong man john. How old are you?

Thanks Billy,I'm 36 years young Happy my bench used to be on the back burner when I messed around with strongman,but now I'm more into powerlifting I obsess over form and constantly watch big benchers on YouTube, I feel weak compared to those beasts then I help others and I'm actually very appreciative of what I can do ,I always say it's all relative. 180kg paused is a very nice lift sir.

Deadlift 3x10@185 messy sets but got through it ...had to stop for a second during my first set I thought Id shartted sure I hadn't so cracked on.
