Grindy or not OMy Long time go I used to be able to sit 405 on chest for a couple seconds. One day synapses. Top bench recorded at nats last year 310 pause of course. I was very happy with that. Now my thought is 3 45's on each side which is 315. That is a big one for me. I may have a drink on that note. Protein that is! You are a strong man john. How old are you? | ||

Thanks Billy,I'm 36 years young my bench used to be on the back burner when I messed around with strongman,but now I'm more into powerlifting I obsess over form and constantly watch big benchers on YouTube, I feel weak compared to those beasts then I help others and I'm actually very appreciative of what I can do ,I always say it's all relative. 180kg paused is a very nice lift sir. | ||
