Real weakness about half way (8th hole) so 120kg 3x5 Dips 3x10 think I'm going to start introducing some weight to these soon, Cgbp ez + chains 80kg today again just an intro Tricep pull downs 3x15 moderately heavy The eagle eyed may have noticed I've dropped the incline find this is the one that makes my shoulder grumpy so avoiding them for a while Home for roast yummy. | ||

Max out on deads 1 session in 10 weeks max out on squats 2 sessions in 10 weeks but... max out on good mornings 7 times in 10 weeks! Been taking it steady for two weeks to recover from minor aches and pains so hoping to get back to some real work next week. | ||
