Lol been in today and not training till Monday and I've got to be honest I'm climbing the walls I know it's for the greater good though :/ yeah weather not great today ment to go egg hunting with the kids tomorrow hope it don't piddle down.

Bench press
3x5@145kg a gentle intro
Tried a bit of pin press and realised I have. Real weakness about half way (8th hole) so 120kg 3x5
Dips 3x10 think I'm going to start introducing some weight to these soon,
Cgbp ez + chains 80kg today again just an intro
Tricep pull downs 3x15 moderately heavy
The eagle eyed may have noticed I've dropped the incline find this is the one that makes my shoulder grumpy so avoiding them for a while
Home for roast yummy.

Then various pulls nothing interesting really nice easy sesh until the heat gets turned up lol

Doing alright just plodding...

when i first crossed over to strength from bb... i found a routine being speed squats and speed deads 1 day a week.
Max out on deads 1 session in 10 weeks
max out on squats 2 sessions in 10 weeks
but...
max out on good mornings 7 times in 10 weeks!

I took my deads from 170 to 240 in 10 weeks!

then i changed the routine...12 years latter perhaps i need to return to this Wink
