Bench assistance
1x3 @110+40k of chain/ 1x3@110+60k of chain/ 4x3 120k +60k of chain. Trying to find my feet with this I'm guessing the weight was more like 170 at the top and 125-130 at the bottom I adjusted the leader chain on the last set 9 links.that felt more closer to 180. Anyway a nice start.
Incline on the multi press machine 3x10 L15
Front delts 17.5 x10
Side delts 15k
Tricep pulls 3 x10 light.

Strong pressing mate iv never used chains before do they make the weight feel unstable when pressing ?

Thanks Stephen been on hols sorry for the late reply, they can make the bar sway a little but if you make sure you have some chain on the floor it shouldn't be to much to handle but if you wanted that unstable feel just make it so so your off the floor with the chains.

Cool stuff those chains. Set up is just a drag for me because pulling equipment out and putting it away is time consuming. If I had enough room I would have a bench chain and axle to stay set up to start. How is back? It seems like you will weather the storm.

You are spot on my friend setting up is a b**ch but well worth it for me as its something diffrent, back is ok I'm going to start light on Tuesday and start doing some core work as I don't do any maybe that's what went wrong Confused but yep still alive and kicking so the iron calls Happy

Bench day 5x137.5kg / 3x155kg /1 x172.5 but crap was expecting moreUnhappy
Incline press 3x100kg started these again no shoulder is ok
3x10 bw dips
Cbbc ez bar 3x10@80kg
Tricep pulldown with rope 3x15 l6
Not sure this 5/3/1 is working for me but il give it a while longer my momentum has been interrupted.

So back to it hopfully rack pulls warmed to 220x1 then 260kg 2x6 then a cheeky 300kgx1 felt easy tbh bare in mind this was around 8" or so from lock out
Safety squat bar box squat deadlift stance or ssbbsds lol warmed up 10x100k then 3x8@ 145 kg
Wide pulldown 3x12
Vhandle 3x12
Short n sweet will add in speed deads on Fridays most probably although I have no pain still a bit apprehensive.

Wise words I think yeah gonna work up steady,the problem seems to be from the bottom I think tight hams maybe to blame....again!!!

Bench assistance
Bench with bands ( green ones upto 54kg each ) warm up just bands added two plates then 100kgx5 120x5x5 a great training experience can't wait to use them again.
Seated pin press shoulder,5x5@60kg first time doing these humbling yet again.
Front delt raise 3x10 barbell 30k
Side delt raise 15k 3x10
Rear flye 3x10
3 phase tricep pulls 3x30
Done Happy
Wish I got some bands a long time ago I can instantly see why people use them.
