How do you mean Billy? Novelty or durability? I plan to do 3 weeks chains 3 weeks bands then plain weight or slingshot the rotate just the dynamic days monday will alway be heavy day.

Bp flat upto 170 but failed 180 only just though
Did some floor press 3x100k
Then messed around with some zearcher squats upto failed 140kg couldn't hold it for some reason
Cleans hang cleans front squats loads deload today so did what I felt like.

Extremely cautious 5x3 speed deads @140kg very comfortable will up this as I go along defiantly something to do with mobility il keep stretching my hamies.
Safety squat bar box squats dead stance .3x10@100kg
Wide pulldowns 3x12 light
Vhsndle 3x12 light
Done.

3x10 stiff legged deficit deads 60k just to stretch
3x10@80kg deficit deads 2" to see what they were like.
Also some sumo deads just playing around.looking forward to getting into things properly ASAP.
