Ok deadlift day.
Felt like I needed a break from lifting off the floor today.so did 16" block pulls.
Worked up in triples got to 260 did 2x1 then did 3X5@180kg
Rdl 3x10@100kg
Leg curls 3x12
Lat pull downs 3x12
All in all an on session,it's still bloody cold in there but it's part of the charm

Looks pretty decent to me mate. What's that height like for you? Is it getting to that horrible point where there is no power? Pretty much where Ox pauses, the sick monkey.

For me 15" is just below that thick part of your shin, or around 2 1/2 inches below my knees, this height is where it starts to get Intresting for me coz I haven't got any momentum from the floor and my joint angles arnt open enough to make it easy,think il be hammering the hardest angles for a bit if that makes sense. Think there is a thread were we were talking about that so I'm taking notes Happy

Sure il do it on Tuesday although I must say I don't like recording myself Roll-Eyes bit like when you hear your voice on a recording.
Yes I feel notably weaker than from a couple of inches up so I might do 80-90% or maybe till I can do 300 not sure but between there and the floor seems to be the "weak" spot.

Bench assistance,
115 bar weight 60k of chain did 4x3reps then dropped the weight down by deloading 1/2 a chain aside (8kg) then did a further 3sets of 3
Then reloaded 115 and all the chain 3x3 after narrowing my grip for a few weeks now I realise I'm probably stronger a bit wider,

Larsen pause press 5x5 110kg also did these tempo style
Cgbp 3x8@110
Seated shoulder press db 3x10@25kg very light
Had to go ran out of time

Monday for bench,
So moving to doubles now@167.5kg
So 8 sets of 2 @167.5kg
First set felt hard but after that everything seemed smooth until my last set,had a dodgie hand off but soon settled and got it done.
Floor press 4x6 @120kg haven't done these in ages but I feel as though these could really target my weak areas,
Face pulls 4x20@L8
Tricep pulls 4x15-20 L9 moderate
Flat dumbbell pulse 3x15 @37.5 / so basically like a push out of the bottom of the press and around to where the triceps would take over,if that makes sense the 1set full rom x15
