Seated shoulder pin dead press 4x6@75kg set at chin height ......shoulders where on fire after these. Front and side raise alternate 3x10@12.5 shoulders were so tired by this point couldn't have gone heavier. Lean back row 1x12@ L14/ 1x12@Lstack/ 1x12@L17 Bench grip tricep press 4x15 L11 YTWL 5reps each 3sets single arm pull lat btw sets 8reps, Enjoyed today feel worked.also nice to think I have that 190 at lock out hopfully that will translate later on my actual lift. | ||

Thanks ox,deadlift wise I must sto Trying to rush things I think,just stay consistent and build on that, bands are 54kg each full stretch I choke them around 52kg dumbells, I used a luggage scale to wieght scale the tension is around 25kg on each side give or take a few grams, they where off my protein as they sold them in pairs cheap compared to alternatives too. | ||

Bar 2x10/60x10/100x5/140x5/ warmed up. 177.5 kg x2 easier than I thought 177.5 kg x2 harder than I thought 177.5 kg x2 into the swing now 177.5 kg x2 best set of the lot, Floor press dead stop pins 1x5@100kg 5x5@125kg find these very hard but my working sets might have an impact overall Dumbell press 3x10 @45kg Bench grip tricep pulldowns, 4x15 @12 YTWL ss with single arm lat pull 3x10 on each Enjoyable session once I woke up | ||
