Cheers nails,squat was always a nemesis lift for me,then as my bench caught up I thought that's ridiculous, so practised an practiced now I squat more than I bench again lol.

140kg bar weight 30-40kg in band tention, 10 sets of 3, I like this weight if I loose my line or my set up is sloppy I soon know about,

Squat day.
140kg x5
140kg + 60kg of chains. 5x5 no experience at all using chains on squat but next time I will set the chains on the floor a bit so it's not so unstable,
Isometric.holds 220/260/300
Leg ext 3x12
Leg curl 3x12
Ended it here, still trying to shake a head cold and ear infection, although it's more a nuisance than actually effecting my workouts.
