Warm up to180kg then 1x3@230kg honestly felt like I had one or two oleft as well Speed deads 6x3 @190kg Stiff l deadlift 3x8 Bor 3x8 100kg using these to just stretch out at the min hence very light. Pretty much done after that, | ||

Worked up to 3x180 5x180 5x180 5x180 1x220 just above depth. But very comfy Hatfield squats 3x10@105kg Leg press 3x amrap in a min 60/62/64 200kg Leg ext 3x15 moderate Leg curls moderate 2x12 started to cramp real bad so wrote the last set of in favor of stretching. Nothing great in numbers but just glad to be pain free. | ||
