Uk limbo dancing champion Member 2666, 6551 posts SQ 202, BP 170, DL 255 627.0 kgs @ 88kgs UnEq	my knees give me alot of grief even when im not training and just walking up or down stairs for example. does anybody know any good supplements or other things to help reduce the pain. i was thinking of trying either CNP pro-tect or a Cissus supplement, any ideas guys?

Cissus in its powder form is the worst supp I have ever tasted, but it works very well. I bought the powder because it was cheaper than the caps, and if you just mix it with a shot of juice it is over quickly enough. Found it really helped when I was having problems with tendonitis in my bicep tendons. Works as an anti inflamatory and helps connective tissue regrowth. Found it to be excellent all round. Got mine from bulkpowders
