Never come across play again. But ive used Cissus Quadrangularis for joint pain and its great, better than anything else ive tried, pretty cheap too. Dunno if that's any help..

Did you use a particular brand? I tried USP Labs Super cissus a couple of years ago but found it left me nauseous fairly often and it far outweighed any benefit I was experiencing

I used to use USP labs, but bulk powders do it in powder form which is way cheaper. It doesn't taste great, but I put it in a liter of fruit juice and then I cannot taste it.

This. OL isn't so much being able to continue improving as avoiding going backwards due to injury prevention. Very few things you can do will be as unforgiving to your joints as continuous OLs and listening to your body effectively is paramount.

I would suggest not full snatching and/ or C&J every day, or even every week and whilst it may not be what you want to hear your joints will thank me for it. Happy

Unfortunately I'm not one to listen to sensible advice haha I've got a plan to follow for 180/130! And I plan to keep at it haha

Will try omega 3s and cissus !
